The master’s thesis is focused on the area of budgeting in the company DATEV.cz s.r.o. The theoretical background part describes the concept of budgeting and related theoretical frameworks. The problem and current situation analysis part contains an analysis of the company and the current situation of financial planning. In the proposal and contribution chapter a long-term budget including an investment project is presented. The objective of the thesis is to improve budgeting in the firm on the basis of the analysis of the current situation, with respect to the economic crisis.

Manažerské účetnictví jako nástroj pro řízení stavebního podniku

Tématem diplomové práce je manažerské účetnictví jako nástroj pro řízení stavebního podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na část praktickou a teoretickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem stavební podnik a jeho řízení a následně je zde popsána problematika účetnictví s podrobnější specifikací účetnictví finančního a manažerského. Praktická část je již zaměřena na konkrétní stavební podnik, pro který je navržen model manažerského účetnictví, jako nástroj pro řízení stavebního podniku.
